The AECIPP Labor Relations Forum is a space dedicated to topics related to Trade and Worker’s Union Relations of companies in the Region of the Industrial and Port Complex of Pecém (CIPP). The main goal is to develop strategies and tools to reconcile common interests, as well as share best practices and success cases. 

Providing support to the collective bargaining processes of companies in the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex (CIPP) is our main objective. In addition to performing the assess of the management capabilities of the organizational environment and help to build a knowledge network between companies
