The Association of the Industrial and Port Complex Companies of Pecém (AECIPP) is a non-profit business entity with specific activities in the Industrial and Port Complex of Pecém (CIPP), with the goal of strengthening and developing business in this region, always looking out for the legitimate interests of its member companies.

Founded on September 30th, 2015, the Association is the result of the initiative decided at the General Founder Meeting, held on November 13th, 2014, with the participation of eight companies. Currently, with 38 member companies, 19,8 direct jobs are guaranteed and an annual turnover of more than R $ 14.6 billion. Mostly comprised of anchor companies, that is, capable of generating supply chains and sufficient size to drive development in the region and is responsible for over 92% of the Complex's GDP.

AECIPP's actions are guided and enhanced by its Strategic Plan approved in early 2015, which puts the Association in a unique position along with attainable goals and objectives, having associativism and innovation as the basis for its growth. At its core is the association's governance model.
